Klasky-Csupo had planned doing a mature cartoon for the cyber generation based on the short stories of Charles Bukowski, whose character Hank Chinaski troubled love life and financial state drive him through thrilling adventures and nearly fatal encounters with the Devil and Lady Death herself.

The script was written by Bruce Wagner.

Klasky-Csupo produced a number of books with my illustrations (additional color design by Béla Kerek) – and years later I found a listing on the internet as a rare book about these. Funny.
